Fairview Estates, BallitoFarm Lewis 01 is the primary family home set on a 6Ha farm, within an Eco Farm Estate. The house is completely off-grid, and is made of natural stone and timber materials. Every room connects you directly to nature - a kitchen herb garden, a private bedroom courtyard or the central natural swimming pond.
Regenerative Farm Design
A full regenerative farm design was part of the Farm Lewis project. This included strategies to regenerate the degraded sugar cane farmland to be a thriving ecosystem.
A series of ponds bring water and life back to the farm, and are surrounded by a variety of indigenous forests, productive food forests, ornamental gardens and vegetable growing areas.
The two houses sit within the farm landscape, deeply connected to nature.
